What counts as one enrichment credit?
One credit equals one fully enriched prospect — contact and company data from verified B2B sources, hiring/news/tech-stack/financing signals from industry feeds, website and LinkedIn analysis, deep market research, email finding and verification, plus the GTM Intelligence Briefing. Re-enriching the same person is free — you get a change-detection brief at no extra cost.

What does my plan actually include at signing?

What's the difference between credits and the watchlist?
Credits are ad-hoc enrichments your reps fire on demand — paste a LinkedIn URL, get a brief. Watchlist accounts are tracked continuously: Vera checks them weekly for new signals (CVEs, hires, stack changes, regulatory triggers) and pushes briefs automatically when something fires.
Can I have more than one ICP?
Scout includes three buyer profiles. Growth includes five — different segments, regions, or personas. Enterprise plans get up to ten profiles or a custom limit configured during onboarding.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time — access continues to the end of the billing period. Annual prepay (10% off the monthly rate) is also offered if you'd rather pay yearly.
Which integrations come with each plan?
Every plan includes a private integration layer set up during onboarding — Vera's briefs and signals routed into the CRM, chat, and workspace tools your team already uses. Most common tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Notion, Airtable) are one config step away. Anything more bespoke is a one-time custom build, from $1,500.
What if I need more seats or credits later?
Add seats whenever — prorated and they share the org's fixed costs, so per-seat economics actually improve as the team grows. Out of credits? Bulk top-ups are $0.40 per extra credit. Extra watchlist accounts beyond your tier are $15 per account per month.
